Protection & Security: A life insurance policy in favor of the Bank is required to protect its rights.
Age Requirement: The borrower must not exceed 60 years of age at the time of the final installment.
Financial Capacity: The monthly installment must not exceed 50% of the borrower’s net salary or total income.
